Jojoba oil is a liquid wax that revitalizes, regenerates, and soothes irritated skin, strengthening it and preventing the formation of wrinkles. Its ease of absorption and its great ability to penetrate the small pores of the epidermis, leaving it smooth and silky, give jojoba oil an excellent moisturizing action. This is why it is used in natural cosmetics pure or combined with other vegetable oils to make them more absorbable, or as a carrier for essential oils.

It performs a similar action to human sebum, an oily substance that serves to maintain skin moisture and protect it from external aggressions (bacteria, sun, wind, chemicals in the air), thus preventing it from drying out and becoming irritated.
